We face challenges and sometimes lose our way.
It's a natural part of being human.
The magic lies in how we get back on our path.
THE JOURNEY
IASO, the Greek goddess of healing, represents the need to rest and recover, heal and restore. With specialized training in EMDR and somatic and emotionally-focused therapy, I help clients move from talking about their experience to processing through it. I have worked with people experiencing different life challenges, including anxiety, depression, burnout, anger, self-esteem, trauma, dissociation, separation and divorce, parenting issues, grief, and chronic pain. When you choose to embark on your therapeutic journey with me, you can expect my unwavering commitment to your well-being. I will be there, walking alongside you, as you build upon your strengths and work towards healing and restoration.

I believe we have the ability to grow and experience joy and fulfillment, despite the pain we have experienced.
MEET MANDY

MA, RP, CCC, EMDR
I received an MA in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Spirituality as a part of my restorative journey. I’m a registered psychotherapist and Canadian certified counsellor with over 15 years in the healing professions as a holistic recreation therapist and intuitive healer. I felt a calling to further my career and dedicate myself full-time to mental health therapy. This transition was driven by recognizing the need for a holistic approach to mental health and well-being beyond traditional talk therapy.
OFFERINGS
I know you're here because you believe what I believe - that things can get better. I offer online therapy and counselling that helps you feel safe sharing your thoughts, feelings and inner experiences. The cornerstone of our work is building a trusting and collaborative relationship that creates space for vulnerability, authenticity and self-exploration.

The world is a beautiful place.
Yet sometimes it can
feel really dark.
When we are brave enough to explore the darkness we will discover the infinite power of our light.

The land in which we are gathered here today has been held by the Indigenous People since time immemorial.
As Canadians from all walks of life, we are forever grateful to those who had been on these lands before us and through their stewardship and connection to the land, have made it what it is now. We want to acknowledge that the land we are on is the unceded and sovereign territory of the Akwesasne Mohawk and their ancestors. We also acknowledge the Algonquin, Haudenosaunee (Iroquois), Huron-Wendat, and Abenaki who are neighbors and partners to the Akwesasne Mohawk.
We also acknowledge the contributions of other Indigenous groups as well as the Métis and Inuit for their work in shaping and building this country into what it is now.
While we recognize the past injustices and right the wrongs, we will walk together on the path of healing and reconciliation.
