I'm Mandy, a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of IASO Integrative Therapy. 

My work brings together neuroscience, somatic therapy, and a deep curiosity about embodied change — and what it truly takes to come home to yourself.

IASO was shaped by my own experience of how powerful therapy can be when it honours the intelligence of the body and the desire to feel at ease within yourself, and in alignment with your life.

Today, I'm grateful to offer the kind of steady, integrative space I once needed myself.

Named after the Greek goddess of recuperation, IASO is rooted in the belief that restoration is a gradual process, not something forced, but something supported.

The name honours the body's natural capacity to recover and reorganize over time. In this same way, therapy works with the nervous system — through somatic and reflective practices that support what is already moving toward greater ease and coherence within you.
