I'm Mandy, a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of IASO Integrative Therapy. 

My work brings together neuroscience, somatic therapy, and a deep curiosity about what it truly takes to come home to yourself.

IASO was born from a season of my own life when I needed exactly this — a space that could hold not just what I was thinking, but what my body was carrying.

Today, I'm grateful to offer that kind of steady, integrative space to others.
