This is somatic work — therapy that includes the body, not just the mind — not to fix what is broken, but to restore flexibility, ease, and a greater sense of choice in how you move through your life.
Over time, change becomes something you don't just understand — but something you can feel and live.
Change should be something you feel,
not just understand.
I'm Mandy, a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of IASO Integrative Therapy.
My work brings together neuroscience, somatic therapy, and a deep curiosity about embodied change — and what it truly takes to come home to yourself.
IASO was shaped by my own experience of how powerful therapy can be when it honours the intelligence of the body and the desire to feel at ease within yourself, and in alignment with your life.
Today, I'm grateful to offer the kind of steady, integrative space I once needed myself.
To support you in feeling present, steady, and at home in yourself.
Not calm as a destination, but the capacity to move through what's hard and return to yourself.
Notice the patterns, not just the pain
Understand how your nervous system learned to respond, and create room for something new.
Deepen your awareness and connection to your body, emotions, and inner experience.
Experience shifts that go beyond understanding—so change is not just known, but felt.
We include your nervous system in the process, not just your thoughts.
Your nervous system sets the pace. There is no rush, and nothing is forced.
We work beneath the surface to shift patterns at the root.
You’re supported in showing up exactly as you are.
Named after the Greek goddess of recuperation, IASO is rooted in the belief that restoration is a gradual process, not something forced, but something supported.
The name honours the body's natural capacity to recover and reorganize over time. In this same way, therapy works with the nervous system — through somatic and reflective practices that support what is already moving toward greater ease and coherence within you.
