Most sessions are virtual and available across Ontario. Limited in-person or nature-based sessions may be offered locally after we’ve established a good fit.
In addition to conversation, somatic therapy includes the body and nervous system. We gently slow things down to notice what you’re experiencing in the moment—supporting deeper, lasting change that goes beyond insight alone.
